Trauma-informed Systemic Therapy
Coll de Nargó - Pyrenees

Some experiences continue to affect us long after they happened - even when life on the outside seems to move on.

You may recognise some of this
Inner tension without a clear reason

Feeling stuck and overwhelmed

Past experiences still affecting the present

Exhaustion despite functioning in daily life

Challenging life transitions or crises

Difficulty finding calm or clarity
How I work
Change becomes possible when difficult experiences can be understood and
processed in a safe way.

In my work I combine systemic therapy with trauma-sensitive and body-oriented approaches. Using Eye Movement Integration (EMI) we work gently with your perception and your nervous system - step by step.
If you are unsure whether my approach is a good fit for you, I offer a short introductory conversation free of charge.
About me

My practice is located in Coll de Nargó, surrounded by the peaceful mountains of the Pyrenees. This natural setting offers a space where you can slow down, reflect and work through difficult experiences at a calm pace.

The next step
The first session is an opportunity to get to know each other and talk about what brings you to therapy. You can share as much or as little as feels comfortable. Together we will explore what you need and what kind of support might be helpfull for you.

You do not need to have everything figured out before starting. Therapy moves at your own pace.
